The 10th of October marks World Mental Health Day. With all the troubles and challenges that we have all had to tackle in recent times, it is vital to make Mental Health a priority.
With around 1 in 7 of the world’s adolescents currently suffering with a mental disorder, World Mental Health Day is important in reminding us to connect to people around us, help those who are suffering, and encourage togetherness within our personal and working lives.
