The Role
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck in. As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of marketing activities from LinkedIn posts and Mailchimp campaigns to helping organise international trade events. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work alongside an experienced Marketing Manager, and see how marketing works inside a growing global business.
This role would suit a recent school or college leaver or someone looking for a flexible, part-time position.
What you’ll do
Marketing support
Help create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other platforms
Assist with Mailchimp emails and monthly campaign reports
Keep marketing materials, brochures, and presentations up to date
Support the team with admin, research, and content planning
Event coordination
Help organise our presence at exhibitions and trade shows
Liaise with printers, suppliers, and venues
Manage checklists, shipments, and logistics
Pack, prep and support on the day (you might even travel with us)
General admin & team support
Organise image libraries, folders and shared drives
Update lists, databases, and calendars
Take notes in team meetings and help keep things on track
What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience, we’ll show you the ropes. But we do need someone who’s:
Organised and good at multitasking
A clear communicator with good writing skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Keen to learn and happy to pitch in
Interested in marketing, events, or communications
Experience with social media, Canva, Mailchimp or WordPress is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
What you’ll get
A friendly, fast-moving team that backs each other
Training and support to help you grow
The chance to get hands-on experience in all areas of marketing
Competitive pay and flexible hours (for part-time roles)
Occasional travel to UK and international events
